Tuition

  • Tuition is calculated based on the entire nine month season (September - May) or two month season (June - July) and divided into monthly payments for your convenience.
  • The number of classes per month will vary due to holiday breaks, however this will not affect the monthly tuition rate.
  • ELEVATE offers no refunds, deductions, or credits for missed or discontinued classes. 
  • Students must complete the full dance year to receive their recital costumes.
  • Tuition is non-refundable and is due the 1st of each month.
  • Tuition will be automatically drafted via credit or debit card on file.
  • If you wish to use a different form of payment, it must be received before the first of the month.
    • For checks - Please write the students name(s) in the memo.
    • For cash - Please use an envelope and write the students name(s) on the envelope.
  • As credit/debit cards are accepted for payment, a 3% service charge will be applied. 
    • Cash or check payments will not have a service charge.
  • There is a $25 charge on all returned checks. Checks will not be processed more than once.
  • A $10 late fee will be added to accounts not paid by the 10th of each month and again thereafter until tuition is paid.
  • Any student(s) whose account is past due 30 days will not be permitted to particapate in class the following month until tuition is current, including any late fees.
    • There is no such thing as taking a month off. You will be enrolled for the entire nine month or two month session, unless written class drop email is confirmed (please see info on dropping a class below).

  • Any student(s) whose account is more than 60 days past due will forfeit their place in class, will be required to pay any past due fees, and will have to re-enroll as a new student(s) (if space permits).

Attendance

  • There are no refunds, adjustments, or credits for missed classes.
  • Dress rehearsals are mandatory; please communicate any conflicts with your instructor as soon as possible to avoid exclusion from any performance. 
  • If your student will be missing class for any reason, please contact ELEVATE so instructors can be notified.

Class Drop Procedure

  • To drop a class for any reason BEFORE the season starts, please submit an email or call the studio.
  • Enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • To drop a class mid-season, you must submit an email request and receive a confirmation of drop from the front office.
  • Confirmation will be sent as soon as any current or past due charges are resolved.
  • The request to drop must be received before the 1st calendar day of the following month, or full tuition will be owed for that month.
  • If you drop mid-season, any paid event, recital, or costume fees up to that point will be forfeited.
  • Non-attendance, voicemails, and email notifications without confirmation DO NOT count as a dropped class, and all charges will still apply until you receive a confirmation.
  • All drops must be processed through ELEVATE.

Liability Release

  • I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the activity of dance. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntariy waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to ELEVATE - a dance space, it’s officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ELEVATE”. 
  • I hereby agree to release ELEVATE and hold ELEVATE harmless of all liablity, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in dance on behalf of the participant. 
  • I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury. I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation.
  • I also give ELEVATE permission to use my child’s picture in or on any form of advertisement for ELEVATE or an ELEVATE affiliated event.
  • If I am a minor, my parent and/or legal guardian has also accepted this document releasing ELEVATE from any and all such liability described above and has acknowledged that i am knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of injury inherent to this activity. 
  • The partipant has my permission to participate in ELEVATE events. I warrant the provided information is complete and correct. I further release ELEVATE of all liabilities associatied with my child’s attendance at ELEVATE.

Private Lesson Agreement

  • Private lessons are available to all students to work on choreography or technique. Please contact lynse@elevatedancespace.com to schedule. Your private lesson must be paid prior to the start of each lesson. ELEVATE instructors reserve the right to terminate any private lessons if payment is not received or if consistent tardiness, cancellations, or no-shows occur.

  • students are expected to attend lessons at the times scheduled. ELEVATE instructors are not required to make up lessons cancelled by the student. In care of cancellation, the student and/or parent should make every effort to contact the instructor directly with at least 24 hours notice. If cancellation occurs, payment will be due as follows:

    • No-Show = FULL PAYMENT DUE

    • Same Day Cancellations = HALF PAYMENT DUE

    • 24 Hour Cancellation = NO CHARGE

    *** after 3 consecutive cancellations, you will forfeit your private lesson time slot ***

    * any student arriving late will receive only the remaining time of the scheduled lesson

  • NOTE: ELEVATE instructors have reserved time in their personal schedule to work with each private lesson. Please be considerate of their time. If cancellation MUST occur, please allow plenty of time for the instructor to rearrage their schedule to eliminate any unpaid time.

  • Fees:

    • SOLO = $500 (3 hours of instruction)

    • DUET/TRIO = $600 split (3 hours of instruction)

    • HALF HOUR PRIVATE LESSON = $35 ($25 per dancer if split between up to 3 dancers)

    • FULL HOUR PRIVATE LESSON = $70 ($30 per dancer if split between up to 3 dancers)

  • All competitive solo/duet/trios are required to attend 2 private lessons per month.

    • This ensures that the dancer maintains training in order to represent themselves, ELEVATE, and their instructor well at competitions.
